convenient dariling harbour stay
harbour location early checkin helpful staff
the location overlooking darling harbour was great. trains, light rail, and ferries were easily accessible. the staff were friendly and helpful.
The pool area on level 29 is very cold, as it is open air. A roof to protect swimmers from the cold wind would improve this.

The breakfast buffet offered varied choices. staff walked us around describing the food stations. everything was fresh and beautifully presented. Coffee orders were taken immediately.

the room was clean, and it had everything i needed. there was lots of room and a beautiful view of the harbour. the room seemed to be fully soundproof.

the gym was well equipped for workouts. there were pools available for relaxation. proximity to many restaurants made dining convenient, with various options available within a few hundred meters.

breakfast disappointment stupid design
Honestly, the breakfast was a HUGE letdown. Paying that much, I expected more than just adequate. It bordered on ordinary. finding the light above the desk in the room was a hazard. I kept banging my head on it. It was a stupid design.

small lobby unhelpful staff
The location was great. I could walk to many places for dining around the hotel.
The check-in was quite bad. The lobby area was small and crowded. The person at check-in did not explain any of the facilities, I found that unhelpful.

decent stay with some drawbacks
spacious room modern design comfy bed closed restaurant unheated pool immature staff
the room was spacious and modern. the beds were comfy. the shark pillows were cute.
the bar and restaurant on the top level were closed. the lower level heated pool was not heated. the staff seemed immature.

pampered perfection!
perfect pressure efficient lifts mosaic pool really good design
yukari at the away spa was amazing. she was attentive. she ensured i was warm. she used perfect pressure. the entire experience was lovely. ryan, the supervisor, was very kind. staff service was fast. lifts to all levels were efficient. the outdoor mosaic pool was great! the interior design was really good. i loved the bathtub.

excellent anniversary stay
kind staff free voucher great location
the staff was kind they upgraded our room and gave us a free voucher for the bar because it was our 2 year anniversary. it was very clean it was very comfortable and cozy. the location can't be beat the position is very central.
the bathroom had no separate shower zone the shower used a curtain i did find this a little disappointing.

the room included a king size bed i found it comfortable. the room was very clean it had a dark moody vibe. dim lighting created a romantic environment i liked it very much.

good room, bad breakfast staff
beautiful decor comfy bed hotel designs
the hotel decor are beautiful and new. the location are good and close to darling harbour restaurants. the room was clean and the bed are comfy, i slept well. i enjoyed the hotel designs.
the staff at breakfast had no work experience. they are not motivated for improvement, thats bad. the service quality was inferior. they failed doing simple tasks.
